If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
We are happy to offer an exchange, refund, or credit note on faulty items, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is returned to us securely packaged
A tracked postal service is used
The item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags intact
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, so please ensure you retain your tracking number.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you. Any approved refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
