Refunds & Exchange Policy
We have a “No Refund or Exchange Policy” on earrings or sets that include earrings  for hygiene reasons. 
We also have a “No Refund or Exchange “ on any “Sale” or “In Offer” items.

Faults
Please notify us or any damaged items or faults within 2 days of receiving your order.

We can offer an Exchange,Refund or Credit Note on any returned items, provided they are returned to us:-

⁃ By informing us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
⁃ By sending your returns back packaged appropriately, and using the tracking service.
⁃ By sending back the item exactly the same condition as you received it ie - unworn, unused with tags intact.

We are not responsible for any items lost in the post, therefore please ensure you receive a tracking number.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you.
Any refunds issued a take up to 5 working days to enter your account.
