What is your Refund and Exchange Policy?

Earrings & Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings or on any sets that include earrings.

Please note that all sale items or items purchased as part of an offer are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

We are happy to offer an exchange, refund, or credit note on faulty items, provided the following conditions are met:

You contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

The item is returned to us securely packaged

A tracked postal service is used

The item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags intact

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, so please ensure you retain your tracking number.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you. Any approved refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
